Rolex presents a new version of the Oyster Perpetual Datejust 41 in a white Rolesor version (combining Oystersteel and white gold), singular for its elegant green lacquer ombré dial. The watch flawlessly unites some of the brand's most distinguishing features: fluted bezel, the color green, robust steel and precious white gold.

An alliance of alloys
The dial of the new version of the Datejust 41 is entirely coated with lacquer - a first for an ombré dial since the reintroduction of this design to the brand's catalogue in 2019. Green lacquer is applied to the base plate, then, as with all ombré dials, the color gradient is created by spraying black lacquer in concentric motions. The white inscriptions stand out particularly clearly, featuring Chromalight index hour markers. The date window appears clearer, accentuated through contrast with the ombré rim of the dial - an invitation to look afresh at this iconic watch and consider its defining role in the Oyster's story.
Fluted bezel
An iconic signature
The fluted bezel is crafted exclusively from precious metal. Before becoming a purely aesthetic signature feature of Rolex Classic watches, the fluting allowed watchmakers to screw the bezel onto the Oyster case, helping to ensure the waterproofness of the watch.
White Rolesor
An alliance of alloys
A signature feature of the brand since the early 1930s, Rolesor combines gold and steel in a meeting of sophistication and strength. The concept is simple: certain elements of the case and bracelet are made of yellow, white or Everose gold, while others are made of Oystersteel. On white Rolesor models, the bezel alone is in white gold.

Iconic and robust
The Oyster Perpetual Datejust 41 in a white Rolesor version with a green lacquer ombré dial and fluted bezel is fitted on an Oyster bracelet. Developed in the late 1930s, this three-piece link bracelet is known for its robustness. The bracelet is equipped with a folding Oysterclasp. It also includes the Easylink comfort extension link, developed by the brand, which allows the wearer to easily adjust the bracelet length by approximately 5 mm.
Caliber 3230
A distillation of technology
The Datejust 41 is equipped with caliber 3235, a movement entirely developed and manufactured by Rolex. This self-winding mechanical movement, with date function, incorporates a blue Parachrom hairspring and the Chronergy escapement. It delivers outstanding performance, particularly in terms of precision, autonomy, convenience and reliability. Caliber 3235 offers a power reserve of approximately 70 hours thanks to its barrel architecture and the escapement's superior efficiency.
Superlative Chronometer

The Oyster Perpetual Datejust 41 is covered by the Superlative Chronometer certification. This exclusive designation is issued to each watch leaving the Rolex workshops, attesting to its excellent performance on the wrist. This in-house certification is strictly controlled by internationally recognized, independent Swiss entities.
In 2026, the Superlative Chronometer certification has been strengthened with the addition of three new testing criteria: resistance to magnetism, reliability and sustainability. These criteria are implemented throughout the design and manufacturing stages of each timepiece - hundreds of checks and validations directly related to the watch's performance are carried out during these phases. They supplement the criteria established when the certification was redefined in 2015 governing precision, waterproofness, self-winding and power reserve. That year, Rolex set up an exclusive testing protocol for its finished watches, conducted inside the manufacture on fully automated equipment. The precision requirements are particularly stringent: measured after casing the movement, the watch's accuracy must be between -2 and +2 seconds per day. The rate deviation tolerated by the brand for the precision of a finished watch is significantly smaller than that accepted for official certification of the movement alone.
The Superlative Chronometer status is symbolized by the green seal that comes with every Rolex watch and is coupled with an international five-year guarantee.
