To place an order online, add your desired piece to your shopping bag. You must select all details, such as metal type, and make any comments regarding size if applicable. Then, click the shopping bag icon to proceed to checkout.
Sissy’s Log Cabin accepts PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and offers payment plans via Affirm.
Be sure to complete your billing and shipping information correctly, then click ‘Place Order’ when you are ready to purchase your item. If any fields are left blank, you will be prompted to complete the form.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. You will be contacted by an associate if there are any delays due to inventory availability. Delivery delays can occur and may be out of our control. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During peak selling seasons, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated at checkout. In most cases, shipping will be via FedEx or UPS Standard Overnight. Overnight shipping is only available to addresses within the continental United States. Sissy’s Log Cabin does not ship to post office boxes.
Unless otherwise stated, Sissy’s Special Offers and Promotions are limited to one per customer per purchase. Special Offer codes may be used at the time of purchase online or in-store. Special Offers only apply to the designated inventory or collection. Select brands may not be included in Special Offers or Promotions. Check with your local Sissy’s Log Cabin for details.
Please make sure someone over the age of 18 is available to sign for your package upon delivery.

Sissy’s Log Cabin accepts returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Any documentation received with the item (warranty, lab report, etc.) must be returned with the item.
Refunds will be given in the same manner as the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable. In-store purchases must be returned in-store. To request an online return please email websitesales@sissyslogcabin.com.
Sissy’s lifetime diamond warranty applies to diamond jewelry whose retail value is $100 or more. This warranty does not cover theft, mysterious disappearance, loss or damage other than that incurred in normal wear, and only diamonds in their original settings that have been inspected and repaired by Sissy’s Log Cabin are covered under this warranty. Individual insurance policies will be utilized before guarantee will take effect in case of diamond loss.
You may have your Sissy’s Log Cabin Diamond cleaned and inspected as many times as you like, free of charge, for as long as you own it. In order to maintain your Lifetime Guarantee
Warranty, you must bring your diamond to Sissy’s Log Cabin every six months for cleaning and inspection, along with your inspection certificate. When you bring in your diamond jewelry, Sissy’s will inspect it for chips, cracks or breaks, and update your inspection certificate. Any suggested repairs or maintenance not completed will void this warranty. This guarantee is only for lost diamonds, not chipped stones due to abuse. There will be a nominal charge for retipping prongs, ring sizing and other required maintenance. Transfer of ownership of the diamond piece will also void the warranty.
This Lifetime Guarantee is for diamond jewelry. All other gemstones and jewelry items are covered under our Customer Satisfaction policy which states if any problem arises with the merchandise in 90 days the item will be repaired or exchanged at no charge.

We offer a two-year additional warranty on all new watch sales as well as a two-year warranty on all completed watch repairs.
Our repair work includes sizing, prong work, and stone replacement. We will fix anything – even if the item wasn’t bought in our store, we can fix it for you. Each location offers in-house repairs with a Master Goldsmith on-site. Repairs at Sissy’s generally have a 3-day turnaround, but we can often do small repairs while you wait.
