Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping Policy

Upon delivery, you must sign for purchases regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Every order will require an adult signature. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.

*Sissy’s will only ship items to your card billing address.

Shipment Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During peak selling seasons, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated at checkout. In most cases, shipping will be via FedEx or UPS Standard Overnight. Overnight shipping is only available to addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occur and may be out of our control.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

Sissy’s Log Cabin does not ship to P.O. boxes.


Sissy’s Log Cabin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Sissy’s Log Cabin accepts returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any documentation received with the item (warranty, lab report, etc.) must be returned with the item. Refunds will be given in the same manner as the original payment method.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
